McCook Community College Men's Basketball, and head coach Brandon Lenhart, announces recruiting class for the 2009-2010 season.
Eric Cutright, 6'3 230 lb Forward from Zwolle, LA, Darius Robinson a 6'1 165 Combo Guard from Jacksonville, FL, Darias Montgomery, 6'3 180 lb Combo Guard from Zwolle, LA, Troy Hayes a 6'3 170 lb Guard from Cambridge, NE, Antonio Dye, 6'1 190 lb Combo Guard from Mishawaka, IN, Martin Mlinaric a 6'8 210 lb Forward from Velika Gorica, Croatioa, Nick Schneider, 6'3 180 lb Forward from Dixon, NE, and Shawn Tarver, 6'7 200 lb Forward from Gary, IN all signed letters of intent to play for the McCook Community College Indians.
Eric Cutright, who originally signed at Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, LA was a 4 x All Cenla Parish, 3 x All Area, and 3 x All-State performer for Zwolle HS. As a Senior, Eric averaged 14pts, 10 reb, 3 assists and 2 steals per game. Eric ended his 4 year career with a 210-19 record and won 3 state titles at Zwolle High School.
As a Senior, Darius Robionson averaged 20 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists per game for coach for Englewood High School. He was named to the all city team, was a 2 x All-Conference performer and qualified for the Leroy Butler All-Star game where he put up 27 points and was named the games MVP.
Darias Montgomery, averaged 13 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals per game. Darias was also a 2 x Class B All-State Honorable Mention performer, a 2 x All-District 1st Teamer, and a 2 x All Cenla Parish 2nd Team performer. Darias helped Zwolle High School to 3 state Championships.
Troy Hayes, a small school Nebraska Standout, had a great senior season at Cambridge High School, averaging 14 points, 5 rebounds, and was a selected to the Camebridge All-Star Game.
As a senior, Antonio Dye averaged 21 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists per game for Mishawaka High School. Antonio was a 2 x All-Conference player including being named the 2005 MVP of conference. Antonio was an All-State performer in the State of Indiana, and was also named to the Indiana North/South Top 20 All-Star Game!
Martin Mlinaric comes to McCook, NE from Velika Gorica, Croatia where he played for KK Gorica. Martin averaged 25 points, 10 rebounds, and 6 assists per game, and was named to the Croatian National Team.
Nick Schneider was a 3 x All-Conference performer from Allen High School, where he averaged 13 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assists per game as a senior. Nick was also selected to the All-Area 2nd team by the Wayne Herald Newspaper.
Shawn Tarver averaged 11 points, 11 rebounds, and 3 blocks per game for the Lew Wallace Hornets last season. He was a 3 x All Area Selection and was also selected to the Northwest Indiana All-Star game as a senior.

These are fine young student-athletes who we have no doubt will be fine additions to our basketball family here at McCook Community College, as well as outstanding members of the city of McCook!"
